One-to-One Personal Achievement Program
Introduction
Coaching is without question the most powerful transformational experience available. It addresses both conscious and subconscious aspects of the human personality, releasing potential into performance by dissolving unconscious behaviour and narrowing the gap between who we are and who we intend to be.
This program is based on the coaching process that has delivered extraordinary results in corporate leaders in some of the largest corporations. For those committed to self-improvement, it is simply one of the best investments you will ever make in your success.
Program Outline
10 one-to-one telecoaching sessions with Christian: 1-hour duration
Sessions held every 2 -3 weeks (5 -6 month program)
Personal leadership success assignments/homework
