Cancellation and Postponement Policy

Accelerate

Accelerate is a professional coaching service between coach and participant. Both parties enter the relationship having discussed the process and expectations. Cancellation within 2 weeks of the commencement date may incur a 50% charge of the total course fee.

Science of Success

Once registered, participants on the Science of Success program are deemed to have made a full commitment to the entire process. In the event of circumstances arising that are beyond a participants control that prevent attendance on the specific course intended, a full credit will be granted and transferred to the next or subsequent programs commencing at a later date.

Personally-identifiable information and its use:

Evolve Business Performance and all Christian Simpson Enterprises will not collect any personally-identifiable information about you (such as your name, address, telephone number, social security number, billing and shipping information, credit card information or e-mail address) unless you voluntarily submit it through the web site, email, telephone, fax or mail.

There are occasions when we need to collect personally-identifiable information about you (such as your name, address, telephone number etc) for registration purposes and participation in professonal coaching services. We do not keep this personally-identifiable information on our servers for any other purpose.

When you provide information via the web site or any of these other means, and request information about our products, we will enter your contact information in our client database. We may use the information to contact you with news and special offers to follow up on your request.

All credit card payments entered through www.christian-simpson.com are processed in a timely manner. Once the credit card information is processed, the transaction is deleted from our electronic database. We do not keep any of your financial data.

We will also not seek to gather additional information from third parties or enhance or merge personally-identifiable information with data obtained from third parties. We will never give or sell your personally-identifiable information to any outside organization.

Security

We keep your information confidential. Any official representative of Evolve Business Performance and Christian Simpson Enterprises who have access to any of your personal information in connection with the all business practices relating to Evolve Business Performance and Christian Simpson Enterprises are required to keep the information confidential and are not permitted to use this information for any other purpose than to carry out services on behalf of the company.

We may disclose all the personal information we collect as permitted or required by law.

We will then use reasonable efforts to remove your personal information from our files and/or database. You may also contact us to request information about knowledge we have about you in our database.
